Brandon J. Dolinger is an immigration attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex immigration matters with confidence and compassion. His practice focuses on immigration court litigation, humanitarian relief, family-based immigration, asylum, adjustment of status, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and other forms of immigration relief.
Before joining Urena & Associates, Brandon served as Lead Immigration Staff Attorney for the Ukraine Assistance Program at Church World Service, where he built and managed a large-scale legal services program assisting newly arrived Ukrainians across the United States. In that role, he oversaw a caseload of more than 200 matters, developed partnerships with major law firms, and coordinated legal clinics providing critical immigration assistance to vulnerable populations.
Brandon has extensive experience representing clients before Immigration Courts, USCIS, and ICE. He regularly prepares complex legal briefs, motions, and applications while advocating for clients in removal proceedings and affirmative immigration matters. His commitment to immigration advocacy began during law school, where he successfully represented an asylum seeker through the New York Law School Asylum Law Clinic and secured a grant of asylum for his client.
Brandon earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where he was the Founding Vice President of the Restorative Justice Law Student Association and served as a Teaching Assistant. He graduated magna cum laude from the University at Albany with a degree in European History.
