Lyndall Bervar is an attorney with a diverse background in public service, advocacy, and client representation. Her legal experience spans disability law, human rights, immigration advocacy, and complex civil litigation, giving her a well-rounded perspective when assisting clients through challenging legal matters.

Prior to joining Urena & Associates, Lyndall represented claimants in Social Security Disability cases, advocating for individuals seeking critical benefits at every stage of the administrative process. She has also worked on human rights and labor rights litigation, conducted legal research for public interest organizations, and supported vulnerable populations through legal aid and veterans’ advocacy programs.

Lyndall earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law, where she served as Chief Managing Editor of the Washington International Law Journal and represented clients through the Immigration Law Clinic. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a concentration in Human Rights from the University of Washington.

Before entering the legal profession, Lyndall spent several years in public service with the U.S. House of Representatives, helping constituents navigate government agencies and advocating on issues affecting local communities. She brings a client-focused approach, strong analytical skills, and a deep commitment to service to every matter she handles.
